Since its inception in 1997, Total Facilities Management Limited has emerged as a leading integrated Facilities Management Provider. It has done this by building long term relationships with customers, delivering superior services, and creating foundations for sustainable FM solutions across Nigeria.

The success of our Facility Management Solutions is not only judged by the smoothness and efficiency with which it operates but also by its approach to work that listens carefully to its customers, thinks creatively, and works with speed, precision, and the ability to tailor-make collaboratively. Today, with an expansive multi-disciplinary workforce of over 700 employees operating across over 35 customer locations, the company continues to leverage its experience to advance the operations and business objectives of its customers across Nigeria.

We are certified for ISO 41001:2018Facility Management System (the first in Nigeria), and also ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety System. These certifications are an attestation of our commitment to excellence and best practices at an international level.

TFML’s most valuable asset is its PEOPLE. We have a workforce of over 700 people spread across a multiplicity of active customer locations nationwide. On every project, our multi-disciplinary and highly skilled teams strive to uphold FM best practices and deliver exceptional customer experience.

This personal commitment to customer care and satisfaction is further reflected by our adherence to ISO 41001:2018 standard and seamless implementation of agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on every project, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, to achieve a QOH&S integrated management system.

QOH&SMS & FMS Policy

TFML’s Quality, Occupational, and Facility Management Systems have been designed along with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, & ISO 41001:2018 standards. We have determined and documented the scope, context of our organization, taking into account all interested parties and issues that will enable us to meet and exceed the needs of our customers (demand organization) and applicable requirements in a sustainable manner.
